For those of you that may have missed this seminar on July 11th, the Infrastructure Health and Safety Association (IHSA) is repeating this program on September 5th, 2012 and you're invited to attend. The session is free.

Our portion of the seminar will discuss how to challenge and manage questionable claims and their costs, manage malingering return-to-work claims and what is required from employers to accommodate and re-employ injured workers.

Also to be reviewed will be the new Mandatory Coverage in Construction requirements which will effect compulsory WSIB coverage for independent operators, sole proprietors, partners and executive officers.
